Transportation and Lodging
We have made arrangements for transportation from two locations. You will arrive in time to enjoy your continental breakfast and register before the keynote speaker begins at 9:00 a.m.
- Round-trip transportation will be available from Green Spring Station at the junction of the Baltimore Beltway (695) and the Jones Falls Expressway (83) in Lutherville to Baltimore's Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel, site of the 1999 A Woman's Journey at $10 per person. The bus will depart at 8:00 a.m. from Johns Hopkins at Green Street Station where there is plentiful free parking. At 3:45 p.m., the bus will depart the Sheraton and return to Green Street Station. the MTA's M10 also provides bus transportation to Green Street Station.
- We are also offering round-trip transportation from Bethesda to Baltimore's Sheraton Inner Harbor Regency Hotel for $20 per person. The deluxe coach bus will depart at 7:15 a.m. from Suburban Hospital, 8600 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda. You may park your car in the garage or take the subway to Suburban Hospital, located approximately one mile from the Red Line's Medical Center/National Institutes of Health Metro stop. At 3:45 p.m., the bus will depart the Sheraton and return to Suburban Hospital by 5:00 p.m.
