  • Consolidated Orioles media into one department consisting of Orioles television, ballpark signage and executive suites creating "one-stop shopping" for local and national sponsors.
  • Developed more than 50 new local and national sponsors resulting in an 18% growth in revenue over 12 months.
  • Managed a corporate sales department of six full-time dedicated sports marketing sellers, live broadcast personnel and general staff.
  • Managed a staff of national sports sellers (ABC Regional Sports Sales) in eight major markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, Boston, Detroit and San Francisco responsible for selling Orioles Television. This included frequent trips to meet with buyers and national clients.
  • Responsible for growing Orioles sponsorship revenue by more than 3.5 million Negotiated radio rights agreements and over-the-air television contracts with local station general managers for Orioles Radio and Mid-Atlantic Sports Network.
  • Developed new sponsorship revenue streams including outdoor pre-game concerts, car displays, student nights, women's events and kids club programs.
